Granite Construction Company has been in the business of building dams, locks, levees and hydropower projects since the late 1950s and has in place more than $1.5 billion of this type of infrastructure. With our joint venture partners we are currently building over $350 million of this type of work around the country.

Granite specializes in earthwork, materials processing, dam foundation preparation, concrete, pipeline and equipment erection. Combined with our management approach in project scheduling, working with subcontractors, craft labor requirements, public and project safety, community relations and our philosophy of fair business dealing , we are able to build quality projects on schedule and within budget.
