Brad began with the company as a Plant Engineer in 2003. In this role, Brad was responsible for process improvement projects across Granite's Branch Division. Brad progressed through operational roles managing plant operations in Northern California including managing a portable crushing business that served numerous Granite projects and rural plant locations. Brad moved to Washington in 2008 to manage the newly acquired Wilder materials business which became the Washington Region when it was combined with Superior's plant operations in 2009.  Brad was responsible for plant operations, sales, quality, and resource permitting across the Washington Region. Brad became the Manager of Construction Materials for the Northwest Group in 2017 where his role expanded to include Alaska, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona in addition to Washington. He was promoted to VP Construction Materials in 2018 where he led process improvement, capital investment, and growth efforts across Granite's construction materials business.  

 

Brad holds a BS in Mining Engineering from Montana Tech.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association.
