Small Business Mentor-Protégé Program

This includes small business outreach and mentor-protégé contractor participation. As a certified SBA 8(a) Mentor, we can provide assistance relevant to performance of non-8(a) contracts so that protégé firms more fully develop their competitive capabilities. 

Women in Construction

Granite’s Resources and Opportunities for Women (GROW) is a forum to advocate for and support women through mentorship, networking and career development, while establishing Granite as an employer of choice for women. In addition to companywide networking events and mentorship opportunities, local GROW chapters have been established throughout the country in support of women in construction.
