Talent Development Drives Results: Granite Wins 2026 BEST Award

Granite has been recognized as a 2026 BEST Award winner by the international Association for Talent Development (ATD). The BEST Award recognizes organizations that achieve enterprise-wide success through employee talent development.

Representatives from Granite will accept the award at the ATD conference in May, where Learning & Development Manager Amanda Christianson will present Granite’s Pipeline Development Programs. “After many years dedicated to understanding and supporting our business, I am incredibly proud to see our team receive recognition for the strong partnership we've built with our Granite leaders and in operations,” says Christianson.
