Julie Messersmith serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Operations Integration, where she leads Granite's enterprise HR integration strategy and oversees the alignment of total rewards and HR operations in support of the company's growth and acquisition initiatives.
Since joining Granite in 2006, Julie has helped shape the company's compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs, enhancing the employee experience while supporting strategic business objectives. She works closely with Granite's Board of Directors Compensation Committee on executive compensation strategy, program design, and governance matters.
Julie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and holds professional certifications from SHRM and WorldatWork.
